Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator We are a high quality Dental practice in Rutherford, NJ looking for the perfect person to complete our team. We have amazing patients, a beautiful facility, a great team with appreciative doctors. Our ideal candidate will be dental software and computer proficient, have outstanding verbal skills, be a team player and very reliable. We ask that only applicants with at least four years of dental administrative experience apply. OBJECTIVE: The treatment plan coordinator is responsible for presenting and overseeing treatment plans in the dental office. Must send and follow up on pre-determinations, review and follow up on unscheduled treatment, review new patient reports, send and follow up on medical claims related to oral surgery, order parts and materials for large treatment, coordinate sedation cases. He/she may also schedule patient appointments, staff schedules, and perform billing and some payroll duties. Your working hours would be Monday 9-6, Tuesday 10-7, Wednesday 1-6, Thursday 10-7, and Saturday 9-2 (three Saturdays a month). After 90 days benefits include: Paid national holidays, Accrued paid sick leave, monthly bonus incentives if production goals are met, and health insurance benefits. After 1 year additional benefits include: 40 hours paid vacation (80 hours paid vacation after 3 years), 401k benefits with a match, and an office sponsored life insurance policy. Responsibilities will include: • Verify insurance coverage and receive breakdown of benefits • Presents treatment plans to increase case acceptance • Presents financial options (financial menu) to patients • Resolves patient issues in accordance with company policies, healthcare regulations and dental board standards. • Entering insurance payments and balancing patient account • Resolving issues with outstanding claims over 30 days • Answer incoming phone calls • Schedule patients and confirm appointments • Fill any openings in the schedule using Dentrix reports • Patient Recall and Reactivation • Collect co-pays and process payments • Performs other duties as requested We are offering a $300 sign on bonus for this position.
