Description

This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious office manager to become part of a practice that is growing and improving every day. Bella Dental is not your average practice, and we aren’t looking for your average office manager either! Our vision at Bella Dental is to make a bigger impact on our community by growing and expanding while raising the bar in dentistry. We want to create a place where the impossible becomes possible for employees and patients through our creativity and innovation. Are you looking for an opportunity to really make a difference? Do you value personal and professional growth? Are you driven to provide exceptional patient care and service? If so, let’s talk. As the office manager at Bella Dental, you are an important part of our mission. You will help execute the vision by creating a strategy and guiding our team through the journey of constant improvement. You will focus on the business and service side of the practice by always keeping patient experience and profitability at the top of your priority list. This role is intended to make us better and improve our brand image in the minds of patients and employees. We are looking for someone who is able to recognize opportunities for improvement, and then make it happen! This person needs to be a “go-getter” who can follow through on making real, sustainable, changes while keeping the office morale positive and motivating. One of your goals each and every day is to create an exceptional patient and employee experience through better teamwork and proper preparation. We believe every patient experience counts and every patient matters, so consistency and quality service are key. You will handle the day-to-day business operations to maximize efficiencies and optimize our patient flow so each day can run as smoothly as possible. Team members will rely on you for assistance in challenges and roadblocks they face, so we need someone who is willing to “get their hands dirty” and problem solve personnel and patient issues when they arise. You will be our leader of the team leaders. You will work closely with department heads and help these leaders execute the Doctor’s vision for growth and constant improvement. You will lead morning huddles and facilitate leader meetings in order to keep a pulse of all aspects of the business and drive better results. With a “birds-eye-view” of the practice, you will need to see the big picture and find ways to create better efficiencies and teamwork. In this role, you will have the opportunity to attend training and coaching sessions to help guide you in your role. Though we want someone with experience, you can expect to learn and grow within this role as well. We are life-long learners at Bella Dental and believe that each individual should always work to become better. In a Nutshell, Your Top Priorities: Create a strategy and guide the team in executing the Doctor’s Vision of growth and improvement Handle the day-to-day operations to create a consistent and exceptional patient experience Work closely with Team Leaders to drive results and facilitate teamwork to reach overall and department goals Look for opportunities for improvement by analyzing departmental reports and overseeing the day-to-day interactions between patients and teams.
