Wanted for our front office is a rockstar dental patient care/treatment coordinator! Do you describe yourself as friendly, sociable and someone who goes the extra mile and can be counted on by the rest of your team? Do you have top notch organizational and critical thinking skills to know how to prioritize, follow and create systems and have the initiative to come up with great solutions that help create efficiency in the front office? In this role you will take responsibility for supporting the doctors in the practice by communicating and creating a great relationship with everyone who comes in contact with our pediatric dental office. You should feel comfortable presenting treatment plans in a manner that appropriately answers all questions/concerns of patients and provide estimated cost of treatment to patients prior to scheduling. Having amazing computer skills and being comfortable using technology are important in this role, as well as being able to work in a dynamic and driven team environment. You should have the ability to engender trust from the doctors, co-workers, and patients and work cooperatively with them to achieve our goal of EXCEPTIONAL patient care. Additional day-to-day job responsibilities will include (but not limited to): • Entering correct patient and insurance information into existing and new patient accounts • Recording all financial discussions with patients and appropriately documenting patient charts • Contacting patients who have not kept their financial arrangements with the practice in accordance with their financial plan • Handle billing/account related questions (whether knowing the answer or seeking out the help of other team members to help a patient resolve their billing and account questions) • Submitting claims daily • Running daily End-of-Day reports If you feel you are an individual who possesses great speaking, writing and grammar skills and can maintain composure and professionalism when exposed to stressful situations, then you are who we are looking for to join our growing team!
