To support our ever-growing dental practice we are seeking a Dental Office Manager for our Pearland location to become a part of our team! You will help our dental office serve our patients more efficiently and more compassionately. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing and highly organized. He or she will take over, overseeing all management duties for front office staff, including reception and dental assisting professionals. A Dental Office Manager needs to have excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Duties and Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all employees and doctors • Ensure staff is on time, in uniform, and prepared for work before patients arrive • Conduct morning huddles with prepared agenda and reviews daily and weekly goals • Manage office supplies and budget for the entire office • Training, Developing and coaching staff • Maintain a full schedule of patients daily • Assist patients with understanding and accepting their clinical diagnosis • Calculate fees for dental treatment • Maintain a clean and organized office to ensure patient safety • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications And Requirements • 3 to 5 years of management experience in the dental industry required • Excellent customer service and sales experience • Must be detail-oriented and possess the ability to work independently and manage time well • Displays leadership skills, honesty, and integrity • Excellent written and verbal communications skills TO EXPEDITE YOUR APPLICATION: Submit an updated resume to , in addition to applying on here.
