How much are you taking home at your current associate position? Here are some facts about how our associates get paid. According to, the median dentist take home pay was $105,536 from Jan - Aug. Meanwhile, the average take home for our full time doctors was $197,152 in the same time period. That means each of our associates took home $88,816 or 86% more in the same eight month period. Do you know the factors that impact associate take home pay: 1. Dentist speed and skill 2. Payrate percentage 3. Hidden deductions 4. Collection rate Our associates work less and take home much much more than the average Texas dentist. Yes, even new grads. No contracts. We have a veteran dentist of 26 years who had been moving from job to job seeking higher pay. She said 7DD pays twice as much as the closest office she had ever worked at including all types of DSOs or privately owned practices. Associates work 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday 3 of the 4 weeks. One week per month, associates work both Saturday and Sunday, but only 35 hours, and are off on 2 week days.My business is mostly fee for services. We are in net work with only 2 PPOs. Most of our associates have only 1-2 years of experience, perform only GP procedures, and work 40 hours or less a week. We are currently seeking 1 more associate who places patient care first while making a great living. I have practiced dentistry for 25 years, and have collected over two million dollars a year on my own production. I understand the many obstacles and challenges in dentistry. I have learned how to produce and collect with the least amount of stress and am willing to mentor others. If you are a new graduate with a desire to improve skill and speed, contact me to learn more: (c) or Email me at: . I look forward to hearing from you. Best Regards, Bob Jing DDS
