Are You A Dental Professional Ready to Make a Big Impact on a Growing Practice? As our treatment coordinator, your job is paramount to the patient experience. Typically, you will be consulting patients on finances, treatment plans, and finding solutions to help the patient receive the treatment they need in the time that the Doctor recommends. Furthermore, your job is to collect all fees the patient is responsible for paying and provide the patient with a written estimate of the costs of the recommended treatment along with insurance estimates. Above all, provide patients with an experience that exceeds ordinary expectations. Job Responsibilities: -Preparing and presenting dental treatment plans for patients with and without dental insurance. -Scheduling doctor and continuing care appointments. -Experience in a customer service-driven environment. -Insurance verification (full breakdown and ability to give accurate insurance estimates) -Must have the ability to multitask with front office duties including phone, scheduling, and insurance verification. -Presenting treatment – Must be able to effectively communicate the value and importance of treatment to the patient and secure financial arrangements. -Promotes the companys growth and success by contributing to the positive culture in accordance with the companys core values, mission, and vision. -Maintains a positive working relationship and resolves concerns by working with staff, patients, and insurance carriers. -Claim submission. Qualifications: -3+ years of experience in Dental. -Strong understanding of the business side of dentistry and standards for customer service. -Answer telephone calls/text messages and schedule patients for appointments in accordance with patient preference and office procedures. -Communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to wear multiple hats are critical to the success of this position. -Exceptional working knowledge of dental terminology and dental insurance. -Experience with Dentrix is a plus! -Knowledge and experience with preparing as well as presenting dental treatment plans for patients with and without dental insurance.
