Dental Practice Manager/Billing Specialist Are you looking to join a fast growing dental practice that ensures that quality patient care guides all the decision-making? We are looking for a Practice Manager/Billing Specialist to become part of our dental team. We ask that you possess a patient and practice centered strategic vision, strong leadership skills, excellent organizational skills and several quality years of experience in healthcare management. 1. Must understand data analytics and be ready to use data to assess and make alterations in the business, be committed to routinely producing reports (using in-house software) to track growth and profitability, and be able to read and make recommendations based on these reports. 2. Ensure policies and best practices are up to industry standards and government regulations such as OSHA and HIPPA standards. 3. Monitor the inventory for dental supplies, medications, and dental equipment and organize for resupply. 4. Coordinate regular staff meetings and performance reviews. Help create and implement an effective office budget. 5. Help create and implement an effective office budget. 6. Handling all billing systems, collections and banking, insurance benefits and claims, and patient balances. Understanding ADA codes and dental benefit plans. 7. Build good relationships based on trust and engagement and maintain excellent and open communication with the team and patients so that they are listened to and happy. Support the team. Interact with patients and address their concerns. Build a team the gets great results. 8. Handling all billing systems, collections and banking, insurance benefits and claims, and patient balances. This is a full time position 4-5 days per week. Qualified candidates will have a college degree in business/office management or a minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare or dental healthcare preferred. Also experience with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Dentrix, or an equivalent dental management software required. A competitive salary will be determined by experience and education.
