Hello! We are a locally-owned practice Dental Group that is looking for an Rockstar Office Manager to work in an upbeat Dental Practice in Downtown Austin! Our motto is to change the perception of Dentistry and we embody the “Keep Austin Weird” vibe in all our offices! We have a resident DJ on staff that plays mixes across all of our 5 offices. We perform all types of procedures including sedation, veneers, implants, endo and lots of Invisalign! We work hard, but have tons of fun doing it, and always celebrate the amazing results. We hope to meet you soon! About Us: Purpose: To provide patients with the highest level of care, oral health education and following the #Enamelway in every procedure and appointment. Responsibilities: Arriving 15 minutes early every day for morning huddle to start the day off on a positive and motivational note! Managing overall productivity and profitability for the office. Managing all day-to-day operations of assigned territory including employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals and KPIs. Increasing patient growth and retention by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs Achieving revenue goals by effectively managing the office teams, patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections and receivables Ensuring successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures. Handling all patient service issues to ensure excellent patient satisfaction. Treating every patient with compassion and keeping the Enamel way and humor at the forefront of appointments. Presenting treatment plans and assisting guests with overcoming financial obstacles as needed. Completing daily and monthly reporting. Attending meetings and communicating with other departments as needed Creating staff schedules and overseeing training for each role.
