Description

Crown Pointe Dentistry is seeking professional, hard-working team players to join an established private dental practice in a new, state-of-the-art facility in the beautiful Shops at Willow Park (construction completed January 2019). We offer health insurance plans, dental benefits, and monthly cash incentives after 60 days, as well as retirement benefits (401k) and PTO after 12 months of service. Skills • Provide an exceptional patient experience with a focus on building and maintaining interpersonal relationships. • Assist the doctors with all chairside procedures. • Fabricate, trim, and adjust acrylic temporary crowns chairside. • Pour, pull, and trim dental models with predictably excellent outcomes. • Maintain a tidy and safe work environment using proper protocols for infection control. • Take radiographs of patients using digital radiography equipment • Perform tasks and duties in a timely an efficient manner so as to maintain the daily schedule and eliminate patient wait times. • Help clean treatment areas and other areas of the office. • Log patient data accurately and efficiently, including starting clinical notes for the doctors. • Protect patient privacy by adhering to proper HIPAA guidelines and behaviors. • Follow all safety guidelines as described in the Office Policy Manual. • Demonstrate appropriate understanding and mastery of dental terminology and technology. • Review patient medical history at each appointment, recording changes as necessary and discussing with the doctor. • Other miscellaneous office duties as needed, which may or may not relate to the clinical treatment of patients. Prerequisites • Good communicator; must demonstrate confidence and competency in person and on the phone. • Must work well with others; we need team players who believe in helping and asking for help when needed. • RDA licensure by the state of Texas. • Nitrous Oxide certification preferred. • Self-motivated; willing to seek out different ways to help the practice grow without direct influence. • Empathy and compassion for treating patients. • Knowledge and understanding of all company policies and rules. • Ability to multi-task and think creatively. •  Familiarity with Mac computers a plus!
