We are looking for a DENTAL OFFICE Financial/Treatment Plan Coordinator to serve as our patient’s first point of contact and manage all aspects of their experience. We are also looking for an addition to our team who is hard working but has fun in the process that compliments the rest of our team family dynamic. Office Financial/Treatment Plan Coordinator responsibilities include managing the coordination of the sequence of treatment for patients treatment plans, the collections process, answering phones, and managing other front office duties in an organized fashion. If you have a knack for customer service, work experience in the dental field and enjoy a positive fun culture while doing it all, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable experience for our patients. Responsibilities: -Collect any patient fees or co-pays due at the time of appointment being scheduled or check-out). -Manage patient financing program. -Call patients to collect balances -Set up and manage patient payment plans -Present and review treatment plans and fees to patients -Welcome and greet patients -Perform all check-in and check-out tasks -Answer phones -Follow up communication with patients who have not scheduled treatment -Inform patients about payment options and verify their credit card data -Register patients and collect necessary information (contact details, medical histories, and necessary consent forms), and placing information in patient charts -Provide information about our dental practice and providers to patients. -Respond to patient concerns in a timely and professional manner -Obtain necessary patient information to help insurance coordinator verify insurance. -Inform the patient how much their insurance covered, and what they will owe before service is completed. Skills* Work experience with treatment plans and finances in a Dental Front Office setting or similar role Experience with Patterson Eaglesoft practice management system preferred. Excellent customer service attitude Excellent communication and organizational skills
