A reputable and established practice of over 20 years, in the beautiful and prosperous Northwest Arkansas community of Rogers, is looking for a top-quality dentist who is driven and passionate about providing excellent dental care. If you are seeking clinical autonomy with the opportunity to work alongside an outstanding group of dentists, we have the perfect general dentist position for you! Ideally, our newest associate will have 1-3 years of experience providing exceptional care and treatment in all areas of general dentistry, as well as a great chairside manner with the ability to communicate effectively with our patients and other staff members. Opportunity Highlights: •Annual earnings of $150,00-$200,000+ •15 operatories; 3 dentists and 8 hygienists with a fully trained front and business office staff •100% PPO/FFS patient base •Fully digital practice •High earning potential with compensation based on production Qualified Applicants need to have: •DMD or DDS from accredited dental school •1-3 years chairside experience •Valid state dental license (or in the process of obtaining) •Ability to maintain state required insurance coverage
