Our aesthetic dentistry practice is looking for a positive, energetic, and personable cross-trained team member that can do receptionist and dental assisting. Previous experience with assisting or front office work will be strongly considered but not our main criteria. We offer an excellent team environment, excellent pay with bonus opportunities, and lots of PTO for a team player. Last year each team member bonused close to $8,000 with 8 weeks of PTO. We do training on a regular basis and you have to be able to learn, use, and apply new knowledge and techniques. 3. Eagerness to help people. Dentistry is for people that enjoy and want to help others. Sincerity and caring for our each other and our patients is a must. 4. Strong communication skills. You should be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and through writing with patients and team members. 5. Strong sense of responsibility. For example, being on time to work, not making excuses, and admitting and learning from your mistakes. We are looking for all these characteristics. This is a challenging position that is also a very rewarding position.
