Intown Smile Studio is now hiring a Treatment Coordinator in Midtown, Atlanta. We are looking for an engaging and professional individual to be our liaison between the practice and our patients. The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for a variety of financial, educational and clinical duties including charting and presenting treatment plans and financial options, overcoming common patient questions, getting patients scheduled to start treatment, coordinating financial arrangements, understanding insurance, maintaining accurate chart records, and some chairside assisting. The Treatment Coordinator must have strong customer service skills, including professional and concise communication, both oral and written, balancing multiple patients, monitoring case acceptance. Experience with Microsoft Excel is needed. Our practice offers a full benefits package for our employees. Parking is covered with very easy access to our office.
