PRACTICE SEEKS ENERGENIC CHAIR-SIDE DENTAL ASSISTANT! ABOUT THE POSITION: Genuine Dentistry is a newly established and growing, state-of-the-art practice based in Rockwall County. We are currently seeking a part-time registered dental assistant to join our dynamic team. Genuine Dentistry is a private dentist-owned family practice looking to hire an energetic chair-side assistant. The chair-side assistant will provide patient and practice support services including chair-side general dental procedures, scheduling, communicating procedures to patients, supply ordering, and general upkeep with the office. Our employees are friendly, positive, and system-oriented. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration. We offer a genuine, friendly and caring work atmosphere. AS OUR PERFECT MATCH, REQUIRES THE FOLLOWING: • High school diploma or GED certificate • Maintain a current RDA license from the TSBDE • Possess a current x-ray certification for the TSBDE • Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service • Show a strong respect for all of your coworkers, regardless of position YOUR HISTORY LIKELY SHOWS: • Preferred 1-2 years’ dental experience with at least 6 months assisting in a dental practice • Active Texas RDA License • Strong organizational and administrative skills—you see what needs to be done and do it • Ability to multitask, take initiative and anticipate the needs of others • Ability to project a genuine, warm, and professional image in person and on the phone Apply NOW—we’re looking to fill this position as soon as available!
