Overview RxSmile Orthodontics | Sleep Disorders has an opening for a Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in Frisco, TX. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a dental office. This position will servce as an advocate and educator in creating treament plans for dental care. The Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator exhibits an efficient, knowledgeable, and positive countenance to every patient experience. The best candidate will have an energetic, service-focused attitude, and be able to prioritize appropriately to assure patient satisfaction. Comfort with using a computer and Microsoft Office(Word, Excel, Outlook) is required. Previous dental/medical insurance experience preferred but not necessary. Responsibilities •Speaking with patients and parents about orthodontic treatment •Making financial arrangements to make braces affordable to hardworking families •Administrative duties such as: tracking statistics, managing patient schedules, patient phone calls, and communicating with other dental offices •Conduct interview to understand patients oral health history, concerns, and objectives •Explain treatment plan, address patient concerns, and answer any questions •Assist the patient in prioritizing the treatment and establish a plan for scheduling and payment •Build trust, and understand the patients objectives •Conduct financial consultations with all new patients and with existing patients when new treatment plans are presented •Manage and maintain the payment options and policies for patients to uphold the practices financial integrity •Understand the practices policy on working with dental benefit plans and be prepared to educate patients on their dental benefits. •Conduct treatment consultations with all new patients and with existing patients when new treatment plans are presented. •Perform general office duties and other duties as required Qualifications •1-2 years of prior dental office experience REQUIRED •Fluent English is a must (Spanish is a plus) •Highly motivated and organized •Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills •Maintain productivity in a high volume multi tasked environment •High school diploma or equivalent •Outstanding positive attitude and demeanor •Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills •Knowledge of all company policies and rules •Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment PI182886171
