Description

Seeking an experienced marketing professional who will be instrumental in shaping growth strategy and establishing marketing goals/initiatives. Responsibilities include planning, organizing, and executing all marketing functions to achieve objectives of sales, growth, profitability and visibility. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, highly organized, creative, strategic, polished in presentation and skilled in persuasion. The position requires proven experience managing projects and superior communication skills (both written and oral). Duties/Responsibilities: . Identify target markets and areas of opportunity by utilizing data-driven analytics to fuel market expansion. . Develop strategic marketing plans to attract new provider referral clients from General Dentistry, Oral Surgery, Pediatric Dentistry and Orthodontics, Endodontics and Periodontics. . Drive patient growth by establishing/fostering new referral relationships through positive business liaisons. . Maintain a comprehensive referral source pool. . Visit 40+ dental offices per day to promote company services and magnify brand awareness. . Maintain and update spreadsheets of offices visited and production results. . Submit expense report for mileage reimbursement. . Add and update new referrals in Open Dental software to ensure a referring doctor is attached to account. . Create and submit weekly/monthly new patient Excel reports for each doctor. . Create monthly Excel reports showing tracking of referral production. . Deliver measurable marketing results using SMART objectives. . Schedule doctor Lunch and Learns and keep an updated list/calendar of dates, offices, and topics discussed. . Attend Lunch and Learns, order/pickup lunch, and arrive early to set up presentation equipment for doctors. . Understand the importance of client-centered experience as it relates to marketing, ensuring in-office visits and presentations reflect KCOFS values, brand, and mission. . Manage Study Club program. . Plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities including digital, print, community, referral, and other channels to support business growth and development. . Assist with social media content and develop strategies to take company to the next level. . Maximize internet marketing to increase new patient referrals and achieve corporate objectives. . Present and initiate marketing gift ideas that would attract prospective clients and generate patient referrals. . Order marketing supplies and oversee the development and production of promotional materials. . Visit referring offices to deliver gifts, referral slips, and business cards. . Improve and enhance existing referral relationships by conducting regular visits to referring offices and cultivate relationships and rapport with providers and staff. . Implement ongoing strategies, projects, and key initiatives to improve and promote company marketing needs. . Serve as a valued member of the front office team by participating fully in staff development through morning huddles, staff meetings, continuing education courses and performance evaluations. Required Skills/Abilities: . Proven marketing record (Required) . Highly motivated and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision. . Strong persuasion and influencing skills. . Strong interpersonal and communication skills. . Visibility requires maintain a professional appearance and providing a positive company image. . Work requires significant local driving/travel. . Possession of a valid state driver license. Education and Experience: . High school diploma or equivalent. . Minimum 1+ years of experience in medical/dental marketing a plus! . Experience working with Open Dental software and Excel (Preferred) Physical Requirements: . Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on computer. . Able to operate office products, such as copy machine, printer, and telephone system. . Able to lift 15 pounds. . Extensive walking, driving, and moving around on travel days.
