Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Patient Coordinator Needed! - Cumming, GA - North Atlanta Family Dentistry is a modern, privately owned practice and we are focused on our relationship with our patients and their long-term health. You will be supported by compassionate dentists, well-trained assistants, dedicated hygienists, and knowledgeable front office staff. We have a modern office with a fantastic and growing patient base. - Your will be responsible for scheduling patients by phone, text, and email, Insurance verification, hygiene recall, and other patient service duties such as check-ins, payments, etc. At least two years of experience in a dental office, front or back, is necessary. We are looking for a candidate with previous dental experience, excellent communication skills, organization, enjoys teamwork, knowledge of dental procedures, and the ability to help patients understand treatment options and choices.
