Understand, analyze, and action plan key performance metrics to successfully lead and grow the business./span/lilispanHold team accountable to regular and timely required workplace diversity, HIPAA, and OSHA training requirements/span/lilispanReview operating performance results and take immediate steps to implement course corrective activity as needed/span/libr /br /br /bQualifications/bbr /br /ullispanPrior dental office management experience required (1+ years)/span/lilispanBilingual (Spanish) preferred/span/lilispanVersed in Dentrix is preferred/span/lilispanHigh School diploma or GED required, 4 year bachelor preferred or equivalent of management experience in the dental field/span/lilispanSales and Customer Service experience a plus/span/lilispanAbility and willingness to multi-task, delegate, and hold others accountable/span/lilispanComputer literacy and typing proficiency (preferred proficiency in the operation of Dentrix and Dexis software)/span/lilispanKnowledge of dental insurance and billing/span/lilispanMust be available to work some Saturdays/span/lilispanAbility to travel as needed/span/li/ulbr /br /img src=https://www.click2apply.net/v/r7dapDC7JBpeaTQWLFDVrk /br /br /pPI190565881/p
