To thrive in this role, you will need to be comfortable working both independently and with a team, communicate well and be very organized. Our office is family owned, single doctor, private practice. Our office is modern, digital and paperless. We serve newborns to 18-year-old. The ideal candidate for this position must be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and a smile. Job Duties include: • Establishing systems and processes, which result in patient satisfaction, patient retention, case acceptance, employee engagement, provider engagement, and financial performance. • Increasing and stimulating new patient growth by supporting sales, marketing and promotional programs •Maintaining office accounts receivable information: posting checks, balancing accounts and collecting payments from patients as needed • Preparing and present treatment plans • Be able to explain insurance benefits to patients • Discussing financial arrangements one on one with patients before treatment, creating agreed upon payment arrangements • Ensuring that staff is trained timely and is knowledgeable on current processes, policies and the completion of forms. Hold self and staff accountable for successful completion of projects, job duties and all organizations deliverables. • Conduct regular staff meetings and daily a.m. huddles; seize opportunities to foster communication, provide organization and practice updates, share information, teach and continually challenge and develop staff. • Understand the business responsibilities and key performance metrics for successfully managing a practice; forecast results; ensure all budget and production expectations are met or exceeded; ensure financial data and records are balanced; responsible for practice passing all financial audits. Key Performance Indicators include but are not limited to: • Office Production • Office Collections • No-show and cancellations 10% or less • 100% of follow-ups completed daily • Annual patient value Education/Credentials: • High School diploma, College (preferred) Experience: • Management: 2 years (Required) • Dental office: 2 years (Required) Every organization has a heartbeat, a pulse that sustains it daily, hourly and minute-to-minute.
