We are looking for a licensed Dentist (DDS/DMD) to join one of our clinics in Indiana to serve as our full-time General Dentist! This position provides dental services within the scope of licensing, training, and credentialing, in general dentistry, utilizing the PCMH model. Must meet credentialing requirements, as applicable, and must demonstrate dental competency in the area of general dentistry. Indiana Locations Hiring: - Portage - Lake Station - Chesterton - La Porte Excellent Benefits Including: - Competitive compensation! - Vacation upon hire - 40 hours of personal time per year - Medical/Dental/Vision and 401(k) eligible first of month following 60 days - 40 hours of CME time and $2,500 per year - Malpractice paid for by the federal government (FTCA) - Great work/life balance – No weekends!
