Multi Doctor Pediatric Dental practice seeks a full time front office team member. Job duties include but are not limited to answering multi line phones, scheduling of patients, collecting deductibles and coinsurance, greeting patients, updating insurance information, confirming appointments, and troubleshooting scheduling and billing issues. Applicant must have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and with the team, be able to respond positively to challenging situations, and have great listening skills.
