NOT CORPORATE! NO WEEKENDS EVER! FRIDAY IS A HALF DAY! We are looking for an RDH to join our 2 doctor private practice. A team player who is kind, honest, caring, compassionate, and dedicated to providing quality oral health care to our patients would be the ideal candidate. We allow 60 minutes recall appointments for adult and children w/ full dentition. We allow 90 minutes for new patient appointments for 16 years + including an 18 film FMX for those 18 years+. Available positions are: Tuesday- Thursday 8:00AM -5:00PM and Friday 7/8:00AM-12:00PM -OR- Monday - Thursday 8:00AM -5:00PM and Friday 7/8:00AM-12:00PM Responsibilities/Requirements: *Diagnose periodontal disease and treat accordingly *Perform Non-surgical periodontal therapy w/ cavitron *Document the presence of any abnormalities or suspected diseases or conditions while screening patients’ teeth, bone, and periodontal tissues, and maintain health of implants *Chart dental restorations, submit treatment plans to insurance coordinator *Provide oral prophylaxis, fluoride, sealants, and preventive dentistry procedures such as Silver Diamine Fluoride application *Fill out referrals as necessary *Schedule follow-up appointments and recommend patient recall intervals such as 3 mos / 4 mos / 6 mos *Documentation and charting within Dentrix; Digital Electronic Health Records and Xrays with Dexis *Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Includes end of day cleaning of personal operatory and floors *Must have a current CPR certification *Must be up to date on licensure *Nitrous monitoring license preferred/pending *Spanish speaking is a plus *Willing to learn how to do Zoom Whitening and how to use Intra Oral Scanner to take digital impressions using an iTero! We do as few alginate impressions as possible. Competitive pay for the area based on your years of professional experience. After 90 days we offer free dental treatment for yourself (excluding lab fees) and 6 paid holidays yearly. After the 1st year you are eligible for the IRA plan with up to 3% matching of yearly earnings and 40 hours vacation pay each year. We are researching the process of being able to offer medical insurance. We also offer local Chiropractic care after your first 90 days.
