Would you say that you take the initiative when something needs to be done? Then we are looking for you! Our specialty office is in need of an experienced, mature front desk receptionist (Patient Coordinator) who is a true team player. Someone who isnt afraid to take charge of a full schedule for one doctor, two surgical assistants and two hygienists. Our patient hours are M-Th 8-5 PM and Friday till noon and, as you know from your years in the industry, staff arrives a little before and usually stays a little bit later. There is a possible adjustment of Friday hours in a short period of time. This is not a step into a management role or a rung on the corporate ladder. We are a small, organized, VERY successful, well-established practice that loves caring for our patients. We see approximately 60 new patients per month and keep 4 columns going on a daily basis. Salary range is from $18 - $24 DOE You must have at least 2 years of skill and usage with Dentrix software and minimally 3 years experience as a scheduler for at least one Doctor and one other staff professional in a dental setting.
