We are looking for a front office/Treatment plan coordinator for our dental practice. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in a dental front office. We provide competitive compensation and a production bonus for highly qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: Perform all front desk duties Prepare and present treatment plans, present accurate estimates to the patient, and be comfortable discussing financial options/arrangements Maintains a VIP call list for patients to fill schedule holes Follows-up on the outstanding treatment list Manages case acceptance and educates patients on patient-doctor treatment. Must utilize excellent communication skills to clearly explain, present, and educate dental procedures and treatment plans to patients. Advanced phone skills, answering phone calls, scheduling appointment inquiries, scheduling patients, and keeping the schedule full Check-in, check-out patients, collect payments Appointment confirmation, fill in cancellations Handle patient paperwork, referrals Strong knowledge of dental insurance Ensuring smooth flow in the office Lead daily morning huddles, weekly and monthly staff meetings Daily, weekly, and monthly reports Oversee back-front office efficiency Ability to run end-of-day reports Assist with the opening and closing of the office Handling financial transactions and insurance claims Maintaining patient records and managing patient communications Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the practice Identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and patient satisfaction Presenting and closing treatment plans with patients Driving revenue and meeting financial targets for the practice Meeting and exceeding revenue goals Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in front office, treatment plan coordinator Must be experienced in Dentrix Must be confident in discussing finances with patients Strong knowledge of PPO insurance and billing procedures Excellent leadership and communication skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations Professional and friendly demeanor Job Type: Full-time Salary: $40,000.00 - $75,000 per year.
