We are an established, multi-location, private orthodontic practice seeking a highly motivated Call Center Associate to join our team. As the voice of the practice, we are looking for a team member who has a passion for creating the ideal patient experience. Our communications team manages each phone call made to the office, for our three practices, and assures that each call receives the attention and respect that patients deserve. Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not required. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Responsibilities include (but not limited to): * Speaking with patients about orthodontic treatment * Scheduling and rescheduling appointments * Discussing financial arrangements and insurance * Providing a friendly and educational environment Administrative duties include the following: * Managing a fast-paced patient schedule * Collecting payments * Patient communications * Maintaining doctor-to-doctor communications * Securing appointments * Verifying insurance IDEAL CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THESE QUALITIES: * Experience in customer service * Ability to work independently, accurately, and neatly * Ability to multitask and prioritize * Quick learner * Outstanding communication and organizational skills * Professional appearance with an engaging smile * Long term career-oriented mindset Benefits include: * Paid and Unpaid time off * Paid Sick Days * Health and Vision Insurance * 401k with Match * Paid holidays * Bonus System * Uniforms
