The following experience and attributes are a MUST: - Productive and hard-working - Knowledgeable in dental procedures and how to submit to insurance. You must also be able to explain procedures and insurance treatment plans to patients. - Punctual, dependable, self-motivated and able to work individually and as a team. - Familiar with Invisalign/Orthodontic procedures - Minimum of a 12 months experience - Dentrix experience is a plus! - Eager to learn more about the dental field and ready to grow both professionally and personally Primary Responsibilities: Answering Phones and scheduling patients. Checking patients in/out and reviewing treatment plans with them. Ensuring patients come back for future appointments and payments are made. Making (and logging) phone calls from reports: New patient, hygiene recalls, unscheduled treatment, etc... Working with the team to succeed.
