Aesthetic Family Dentistry of Columbia is seeking a full-time Front Desk Team Member for our growing office. Four Day Work Week! (32-36 hrs per week) Ideal applicant should be personable, positive, and focused on exceptional patient care! We are looking for an energetic individual who understands dental technology, terminology and procedures. This position is perfect for a master multitasker! We promise you will never be bored. You will be checking patients in and out, collecting payments, treatment planning (using dental codes), answering a multi-line phone system, texting reminder messages, and assisting patients face-to-face as well. Attention to detail and professionalism are key. Patterson Eaglesoft Experience is a plus! Candidate Must: * Have at least 2-3 years of experience at the front desk of a Dental Office. * Be reliable! Showing up for work on time and every day is a must. We are a team- oriented practice that relies on each other for our success. * Understand dental insurance benefits, we are an In-Network PPO office. * Be comfortable treatment planning using dental codes and insurance downgrades, scheduling with purpose, and collecting payments. * Have basic reception skills including answering a multi-line phone system, typing, scanning, faxing, emailing, Microsoft Office, etc. * Come dressed with a positive and can-do attitude every day, you are the face of our practice! 4 Day Work Week! Current office hours are Mon, Tues, Wed 8:00am-5pm, every other Thursday 8am-5pm and every other Friday 8:00am-2:30pm. Thursdays and Fridays are alternating (meaning we have off either Thursday or Friday each week).
