Looking for a full dental hygienist team member to join our energetic and professional solo female dentist office in a wonderful small town. Busy schedule with full hour allowed for regular prophy patients and 90 minutes for new patient exams. Newly renovated office with Adec equipment, integrated Cavitron units, Nu Bird suction attachments, and Hu Friedy hand instruments that are regularly maintained and stock updated as needed. Up-to-date and gold standard perio protocol in place for excellent patient care. Experienced hygienist on team available for mentorship of new hygienist if needed. Team members must be excellent with communication, be a true team player, have good people skills, ability to multi-task and stay calm in busy situations, and have an overall love for helping and serving others. Expected work hours: arrive at 6:30 a.m. for morning huddle, patient treatment time 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. with dedicated lunch hour noon-1 p.m. Monday-Thursday schedule with staff meeting one Friday per month.
