A great fit is someone with exceptional communication skills who will treat each patient with the highest quality of care. This position is an important part of our team and we are looking for an individual that can work as an effective team player. Required Qualifications: · Current dental hygiene license in the state of Texas · Two years of practice experience is preferred but not required. · Current CPR training and certificate · Strong communication and patient relation skills · High degree of skill with both hand instrumentation and Cavitron · Competent in perio therapies and patient education · Demonstrate complete knowledge and usage of dental terminology, dental instruments, tray setups and instrument sharpening. · Effectively communicate oral hygiene instructions and dispense proper oral hygiene aids. · Thorough Recordkeeping - including graphical charting, perio charting and proper chart documentation. · Experience with digital radiographs and electronic patient record Position Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays 7:30am - 2:00pm Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 7:30am - 2:00pm Please include the following in your cover letter: Desired pay rate and indicate how soon youd be able to start.
