Experienced General Dentist as a Full Time provided supported by: Strong dedicated and tenured team to support; including FT hygienist, hygiene assistant, EFDA’s, TPC and OM Monday thru Friday work week 7 Ops total: 5 ops for Dentist and 2 for Hygiene  Well established practice with high mix of services (place and restore implants, rcts on molar teeth, suresmile) Office produces a min of 7K per day with 99% collection rate High % of PPO payors with low % of state funded payors Sagamore is located close to Purdue University
