Quality oriented, multi-doctor Periodontal office in Towson, MD has an opportunity for a full time DENTAL RECEPTIONIST to join our team! HOUR RATE ON EXPERIENCE: $18.00 - $24.00 The successful candidate will possess the following: Dental experience and favorable references are an absolute must Thorough knowledge of dental terminology and procedures, dental insurance codes, particularly in Periodontics Computer literate and familiar with dental software programs, preferably Softdent Clear understanding of dental insurance/benefits Shared patient-centric philosophy Friendly, outgoing, professional demeanor Exceptional communication skills Strong team focus Fluent in spoken English, bi-lingual (Spanish) a plus Responsibilities include: Answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering patient questions, confirming appointments and patient check-in/check-out. You will also verify insurance benefits with patients and insurance companies.
