OUR OFFICE IS SEEKING TWO INSURANE ROLES: INSURANCE VERIFICATION and INSURANCE BILLER INSURANCE VERIFICATION SPECIALIST: Requirements: 2+ years insurance verification and data entry experience. Typical Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Verifying patient insurance Entering patient insurance Collecting insurance data from patients as needed Reporting to the lead regarding insurance issues Notating appointments for insurance needs from patients Communicating with patients regarding their insurance verification Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with an hour lunch daily. NSURANCE BILLER: Requirements: 2+ years claims and patient billing experience. Typical Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Overseeing insurance claims Batching claims Sending attachments Sending narratives Reconciling EOBs and payments Entering and updating fee tables Entering and updating coverage books within the insurance company Assessing unpaid claims Appealing denied claims Resubmitting missing claims Being able to work with the insurance verification team to ensure correct data is entered BOTH JOBS: Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with an hour lunch daily. Pay: $21-24/hr. Benefits: Certification Training Uniform PTO (beings accruing 90 days after start of employment)
