Our office is looking for a front office team member to handle check-in for 3-5 providers daily. About our office: Working hours are 6:45 AM to 3:00 PM Monday through Thursday. We are fee for service, meaning all patients pay out of pocket at the time of the visit. We do file claims on their behalf, and their carrier reimburses them. Because of this we need someone that is great at patient communication, but you do not need to know the ins and outs of insurance! :) We have three dentists, three hygienists, three RDAs, and one other front office team member other than the office manager. We are big on teamwork in this office and we all look out for each other. Our dentists are naturally focused with a conservative approach. We are not here to sell anyone on dentistry, rather we focus on patient care and teaching. We see all ages, and many children so we get to see families grow which is a great part of the job!
