Our aesthetic dentistry practice is looking for a positive, energetic, and personable cross-trained team member that can do both front desk and dental assisting. Previous experience with assisting is strongly considered but not our main criteria. We offer an excellent team environment with team members that are willing to step in and help you stay on schedule or get that needed lunch break. We offer excellent pay with monthly bonus opportunities and 8 weeks of PTO. We are doing a $3,000 sign on bonus that will be distributed over the first 6 months. You should be able to communicate clearly, both verbally and through writing with patients and team members. 5. Strong sense of responsibility. For example, being on time to work, not making excuses, and learning from your mistakes to improve future outcomes. We are looking for all these characteristics. This is a challenging position that is also a very rewarding position. Training will be completed regularly so that you can develop a strong skill set to excel as a cross-trained team member that can do receptionist and dental assisting work.
