We are looking for a friendly and reliable Dental Assistant or EFDA to join our team! Are you passionate about dental health and helping patients maintain their smiles? Our dental assistants are an extremely important member of our clinical team,. You’ll be supporting many sides of the practice, greeting and guiding patients, and helping out across the office as needed. Applicants should be able to familiar with the following tasks: - Chairside assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures - Capturing digital dental radiographs (x-rays) - Reviewing patients medical history - Taking alginate impressions and digital scans - Operatory and Laboratory Sterilization - Ability to follow HIPAA and OSHA guidelines - Providing an atmosphere of comfort for our patients before, during and after dental treatment - Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures.
