We are looking for an amazing Patient Coordinator to join our work family. Our privately owned office is located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin. The desired candidate would be an energetic, take charge individual who will: • Welcome our patients and make them feel like family, • Manage phone interactions, • Coordinate financial arrangements, • Schedule treatment accordingly, • Process payments/insurance, • Process reports etc. Communication skills and attitude are more important than years of experience. • We are willing to train the right candidate. • Willingness to be cross trained to deliver 5-star customer service. • Be engaging with patients and relational with the team Position is for Monday – Thursday and some Fridays.
