Job Type: Full-time Job Description: We are seeking a skilled dental assistant to join our dental practices. The dental assistant will provide support to the dentist, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate should be reliable, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: Assisting the dentist during procedures Taking and developing dental x-rays Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Greeting and preparing patients for dental procedures Taking and recording medical and dental histories and vital signs of patients Providing post-operative instructions to patients Maintaining and updating patient records Ordering and maintaining dental supplies and equipment Cleaning and organizing dental treatment rooms Assisting with front office tasks, such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and billing patients Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Completion of an accredited dental assistant program Current CPR certification X-ray certification Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy Strong customer service skills Ability to work well in a team environment Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures Benefits: Competitive salary Continuing education opportunities If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please submit your resume and a cover letter.
