Description

We are hiring an exceptional Dental Office Manager to help us grow our team! As the Office Manager, you will be responsible to oversee all practice operations. It is important that the prospective candidate understands how to exhibit outstanding patient relations, lead staff, manage doctor schedules, and oversee insurance billing and collections. Responsibilities: -Ensure office productivity and efficiency by developing and creating accountability around all office procedures and practices -Manage practice collections, and patient and insurance billing -Ensure productive and efficient provider schedules -Manage appropriate staff scheduling for practice at all times -Deliver direct individual and team leadership to ensure all office staff provide outstanding patient care -Respond efficiently to patient and doctor needs and inquiries -Organize and present financial expectations to patients -Oversee the processing of dental claims, and coordinate follow up to ensure claims are paid -Train, develop and manage team performance to meet highest quality standards -Support marketing initiatives, and maintain positive relationships with referring doctors -Organize and oversee supply purchases, equipment upgrades and operational expenses -Complete administrative functions including bank deposits, revenue posting, staff payroll and invoice processing -Ensure that records are stored securely and in compliance with privacy and security regulations -Run and analyze management reports -Write business correspondence and reports -Maintain facilities and equipment in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations including OSHA Requirements: -High school diploma or relevant certification required -Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in management role, previous dental experience preferred -Should have exceptional leadership and problem-solving skills -Dedicated to delivering excellent patient service -Must be friendly, professional and highly organized -Solid understanding of dental billing and insurance procedures -Ability to work independently and as a team to achieve established goals; -Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build and maintain relationships with staff, doctors, patients and vendors Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, Bonus
