Our multi-specialty dental practice is currently searching for a professional, compassionate and eager individual to fill the position of Office Manager. The Office Manager will maintain and manage all aspects of multi-disciplinary (General, Ortho, Pediatric, Oral Surgery) dental practice, while acting as a liaison between doctor, employee, and patient in a clinical and business setting. Dental Management Experience is Not Required! We provide all the hands on training you need. Coaching and specialized knowledge in the industry is provided. Successful candidates will go through a six month training program that is taught in a multidisciplinary dental office where trainees receive hands-on training and learn firsthand what it takes to lead into a management role for a free-standing healthcare delivery service office – managing approximately 15-25 employees. After the training program, you have full control of how much you can earn. Motivated candidates can earn up to a six-figure salary! We provide: • Base pay ($20-$30/hr.)+ uncapped commission and bonuses ($70-$85k/year total) • Advancement opportunities for top performers • Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits What Does A Dental Office Manager Do? • Educate and discuss treatment plans dictated from clinical exams. • Presenting fees and giving estimates of treatment. • Verifies insurance benefits. • Builds relationships with patients to understand their dental needs. • Communicates with doctor to better serve patient if different options at this time should be presented to help patient. • Inspects and follows up on all unscheduled treatment. • Documenting financial arrangements/commitments to pay. • Provide outstanding customer service to patients and families while responding to their needs and requests on dental treatment and procedures.
