Our Hygiene Coordinator is responsible for managing the patient appointments of 4 hygienists, being a productive member of the front office team, and will excel in: • Exceptional patient communication and education • Proven computer and time management skills • Productive appointment scheduling and efficient workflow processes • Understanding of and working with various dental insurance plans • Assisting patients in achieving optimal dental health through regular professional care • Partnering with our hygienists and front office team to ensure the highest level of service for our patients Ideally, we prefer prior experience in a private dental practice; however, we are willing to train the right person who aligns with our culture of putting others first, building each other up, and continuously striving towards excellence in all that we do. This is a full-time position, Monday-Thursday from 7:30am-5:00pm with an occasional Friday from 7:30am-2:00pm. No nights or weekends.
