Apple Grove Dental and Orthodontics is looking for a part-time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team in Colorado Springs, CO! You’ll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. Our team is passionate about helping patients while also supporting each other and having fun together. Responsibilities Keep detailed records of each patient’s visit and update their health history Take x-ray images of the patients’ teeth to help dentists identify any oral health issues like cavities Inform patients of all ages about how to care for their teeth by brushing and flossing on a regular basis Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease Qualifications Current CPR certification Must have at least an associate’s degree in dental hygiene; bachelor’s degree preferred Clear understanding and commitment to following HIPAA regulations and all safety guidelines Physical stamina to stand for up to 8 hours at a time Superb customer service and communication skills Pay rate: Starting at $45 per hour or more, depending on experience Shift: Part-Time (Mondays and/or Fridays)
