Responsibilities Assist dentists and dental hygienists during any procedures or examinations by handing off dental instruments and ensure each patients mouth is comfortable, dry, and accessible to the dentist Make sure each patient has the most up-to-date and accurate dental records by recording their information after every visit Ensure the patient area is ready for exams and procedures by prepping equipment like x-ray machines, anesthetics, and impression materials and cleaning and laying out dental instruments Qualifications Candidates must have graduated from an accredited dental assistance program with an associate’s degree Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and multitasking skills Basic data entry and computer skills Possess the ability to provide patients with excellent care and service Pay rate: $17 + Depending on experience
