Dental Front Office Positions Available- Highland Village andamp; Aubrey Patient Coordinator If you enjoy connecting with people and customer service, our Patient Coordinator treats our patients with TLC, answers phones and schedules, greets and checks in patients. Experience in dental is preferred, but not required. If you have experience as a successful administrative assistant, customer service representative, or data entry clerk, you might find the business of dentistry to be an exciting, interesting and challenging career change! The Patient Coordinator works in the front office of our busy dental practice in The Colony. To be successful, you should be able to multi-task, be a quick learner, and have a pleasant and positive attitude all day, every day. You should be able to pick up new software quickly and enter data accurately. The business office offers room for career growth to those who enjoy a fast pace, can retain and recall procedures easily, and are organized and communicate well. You should be available to work at other offices from time to time for coverage needs. Treatment Coordinator We are also looking for experienced dental Treatment Coordinators who have experience with dental procedures, insurance and terminology in order to write and deliver treatment plans to patients. Our Treatment Coordinators are experts with our dental software, insurance and helping patients to understand and agree to suggested treatment. Candidates should have 1-2 years of treatment coordinating experience, have a track record of excellent computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. Knowledge of how insurance works in the dental industry and the ability to multi-task on the many tasks in a practice office is also important.
