Gao Dental is a well-established private family practice in Missouri City/Sugarland area. We are looking for a motivated full time RDH to join our team! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, positive attitude and a strong culture of teamwork. Responsibilities: - Dental cleanings including scaling, polishing, removing plaque, tartar and stains - Take and develop dental X-Rays to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning - Provide specialized treatments for gum disease such as prophies, periodontal maintenances, scaling and root planning - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene - Assist dentist during exams - Document and maintain accurate patient records, charting procedures, treatment plans, and progress notes - Track patientsand#39; oral health progress, careful monitoring and provide ongoing care and recommendations for dental health - Strong customer service, work ethic and communication skills Preferred Requirements: - Bilingual in Chinese is a plus! - Knowledge in Dentrix/Dexis Full time role Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 9am - 6pm Saturday: 9am - 4pm Fee for service practice 401K Retirement Plan with Employer Matching Available Health Insurance Stipend Bonus system PTO, Paid holidays and vacation Please submit your resume and join our dental family! :)
