Our private practice is seeking a full time front office receptionist for our growing, private practice in Ft. Worth/Alliance, TX. M-Th (7:30-4:30pm and Fridays (8-2pm). Our Mission: We are a privately owned family practice that creates relationships with our patients and builds connections while educating our patients on dental wellness. We are a group of dental professionals dedicated to creating a world-class dental practice by providing our patients a truly positive and personalized experience, as well as ensuring our patients receive the highest quality dentistry possible through education and training. We are currently looking for a detailed-oriented and experienced front office person who is dependable, highly skilled, can multitask, and perform the following job duties. 1) Understands and is in line with the practiceand#39;s vision, values, and culture and is a team player. 2) Has a GREAT phone voice, can handle phone calls confidently, and loves it. 3) MUST HAVE A MINIMUM of 3 years experience in dentistry, familiar with dental terminology and procedures, insurance breakdowns/verifications, claims submission and accounts receivable or aging claims. 4) Able to schedule patients efficiently, confirm appointments, and help with reaching our office production goals 5) Help collect payments 6) Is professional and courteous with great communication skills and verbiage. 7) Must have a great attitude/outlook on life and willingness to learn and improve skills 8) Be willing to do whatever it takes to WOW our patients.
