As we continue to expand we are looking for a highly motivated and professional Front Desk and Dental Biller who has a good personality and truly likes to put smiles on patients faces. Requirements Front Desk Requirments Dental Biller -1 year Dental Experience preferred -accurate and timely filing of all dental insurance claims, payments, denials, and appeals -Has people skills or customer service experience -monitors patient accounts, collects and posts payments from insurance companies -Computer skills - Monitor Accounts Receivable, collecting patient balances and monitoring clearing house -Being organized -.Process dental claims to appropriate primary, secondary insurance -Part Time or Full Time - Timely review, reconcile, and post patient and insurance payments, both by EFT and check. -Billing and verifying insurance benefits -File Appeals as necessary on all denied or outstanding claims. Looking for a highly motivated Front Desk candidate and Dental Biller who has a good background in billing and verifying insurances. Front Office/Check-Out Responsibilities: -Greeting and helping patients as they complete their dental visit -Verify insurance and patientand#39;s benefits -Prepare billing documentation for the billing process, and answering phones -Present the treatment plan to the patient -Collecting payments -Make outbound calls to patients and rescheduling broken appointment Our dental office offers comprehensive dental treatments to its patients, including: General and Cosmetic Dentistry, Periodontics (Gum Disease), Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy), IV Sedation, Oral Surgery (Dental Implants and Wisdom Teeth) and Pedodontics (Childrenand#39;s Dental Specialist), Orthodontics We are a company in growth and we are looking for qualified, team-oriented, people to promote the importance of routine dental health care and our business.
