A well-established 2 doctor office in the Galleria area with a strong emphasis on cosmetic and restorative dentistry is looking for a friendly, highly motivated REGISTERED DENTAL ASSISTANT to join our team. We are growing and replacing a valuable team member who will start hygiene school in the summer. We want to find the right fit to work side by side with the assistant until their last day to train and be comfortable in their new role. We are a patient-focused practice where quality and service are of our utmost priority. Years of experience are great but someone who wants to learn and grow in their career is more important to us. Duties would include: • Greeting and seating patients • Sterilization of instruments and preparing treatment rooms as needed • Taking radiographs including CBCT as prescribed by the doctors • Managing lab cases (packing, tracking, etc) utilizing multiple labs • Assisting dentists chairside • Intra-oral 3D scanning/ printing digital models • Discussing routine treatment using photos and videos • Assist with other office duties as requested or needed Ideal traits in a team member: • Desire to improve and grow • Empathy for others • Willing to communicate with others to improve the team • Ethical- treat others fairly and with respect • Flexible personality • Good work ethic • Dentrix and Dexis experience is helpful but we will train the right person What we offer you: PTO, holidays, 401K, continuous education and support to grow your career, competitive compensation, medical/vision insurance plans available 40-hour work week Patient Hours: • Monday -Thursday 8-5 pm • Fridays 8-12 pm We will keep your resume confidential
