We are looking for a Unicorn or an upcoming Unicorn…either way you will do Great with us!! Our practices( Dallas, Laredo, and Austin) are dentist-owned and community-loved. At your new office, your team already has over 1.6K- 5 Star reviews. Our teams are built on the foundation of doing the “Right Thing-Patient First” and upbeat flow. We are blessed with a great patient base and busy practices. We have long tenured doctors who only depart to do their own startups. Our Doctors do very well and are confident in our great system. If you are a newer Doc then you will have great opportunity in growth and if you are already have your skills and confidences, you will excel. Pay: Experienced Doctor ~$375k-$450Kand#43; ( Seasoned Drs settle on the average but the and#43;Plus would come from working few extra Mondays and/or early morning procedure-(Endo/OS/Sedation) before regular office hours) New grads ~$280K-$345K( our last new grad did $345k first year) Need some more convincing? — Office Produced $3.8 Million in 2022 — Drs average yearly production: $1.350 Million — Dr Daily production: $4,100-$9,300 ( Usually daily average is north of $6k- but all pending on procedures and patient flow. Just like all practices…might have a slow day but Most of all your days are on the healthy side of busy) We have all that other stuff offices/groups are offering: -$20k sign-on -Medical benefits -Vacation Pay -Ect…ect… Oh…Flexible schedule?…We got that too… -Mondays— Flex day—If you want to work we will provide a schedule for you. -Tuesday(12-7) -Wednesday -Friday (9-6) -Saturday( half day) -Doctors love our Tuesdays bc we start at 12pm. This gives them time to get weekly errands completed or use that time to fly back into town from a great long weekend. We currently have 2 spots open. ( husband/wife started a new practice).
