Hello There! Weand#39;re a small, one dentist private practice with high professional standards. Weand#39;re very service-oriented so weand#39;re looking for someone with empathy and a gentle touch in their communication style since we see a lot of high fear patients. That being said, since this is a front office position, itand#39;s necessary to have enough dental knowledge and terminology to be able to present treatment plans to patients in laymanand#39;s terms so that they understand the doctorand#39;s recommendations. This is also where an ability to be able to present financial options to the patient comes in. We strive to be as accurate as we can regarding what is expected from the patient and their insurance so itand#39;s also important to be able to obtain and enter accurate insurance breakdowns. We use Dentrix software so familiarity with it would be a bonus but itand#39;s not a requirement. We collect at the time of service whether that be by credit card, check or insurance copay so we also need someone who can do so in an unintimidated and professional manner.
