Fun and professional general dental practice looking for a highly motivated, well organized, hard-working individual with exceptional customer service and time management skills for a full-time Dental Assistant position. Must thrive when working with a team and multiple providers. The right candidate will have strong interpersonal skills as well as clinical dental assisting experience. Competitive compensation offered, will be dependent on experience and qualifications. Experience in the following areas is preferred: Taking quality (diagnostic) radiographs, including panoramic images and CBCT imaging Coronal polishing and sealant certifications Nitrous and sedation certification *is a plus Fabricating quality provisional restorations Digital scanning (Trios) for laboratory fabricated prosthetics Proper dental knowledge, communication and terminology Dental procedure knowledge including indirect and direct restorations, composites, extractions, root canals, surgical implants and in house lab procedures Sterilization techniques/infection control Charting and notes in dental software (Open Dental) Supporting doctors and staff with a positive attitude and approach Has a strong desire to contribute to a high level of quality patient care and patient experience Our office is a comprehensive family-based practice with a growing patient base near the Glen in Glenview.
